Is a Fine Wine Curator, Professional Wine Educator, and the founder of Premier Cellars, a boutique wine concierge service specializing in private tastings, luxury travel provisioning, curated cellar management, and immersive journeys to the world’s most iconic wine regions.

After a successful international career in product development, marketing, and sales, she transitioned into the wine and hospitality world to align her work with her passions—wine, food, travel, and meaningful connection.

A Professional Wine Educator certified by the Napa Valley Wine Academy, Miryam also holds certifications as a Certified Sommelier (CMS), WSET Level 3, and French Wine Scholar (WSG).

Her work extends beyond traditional education—she creates sensory-rich wine experiences that spark curiosity and deepen appreciation for wine and its origins. As part of her bespoke services, she leads transformational trips where guests connect deeply with the culture, terroir, and people behind each bottle.

Especially known for her work in the yachting industry, she empowers interior crew with wine knowledge and service skills to elevate guest experiences and grow their careers.

A strong advocate for sustainability, Miryam is committed to spotlighting producers who practice regenerative agriculture and follow organic or biodynamic principles. Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and conversational Italian, she brings a global perspective and heartfelt presence to everything she does—always inspiring others to live with purpose, passion, and joy… one glass at a time.

Fareida Rajkumar

Is a seasoned sommelier and hospitality expert with over 12 years of experience in the industry. As a Level 1 Sommelier from the prestigious Court of Master Sommeliers and a WSET Level 1 Sake Specialist, Fareida has an unparalleled understanding of the nuances of wine and sake.

Before embarking on her journey as a sommelier, Fareida spent over a decade as a Restaurant Manager and Hospitality Consultant, where she honed her skills in management, sales, marketing, and finance. As a consultant, she leveraged her expertise to assist independent owners in growing their customer base, increasing revenues, and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry. Her ability to customize processes for each operator allowed her clients to achieve their goals effectively.

Driven by her passion for wine and a thirst for knowledge, Fareida has traveled extensively, immersing herself in the world's vineyards and honing her skills as a sommelier. Her global experiences have not only deepened her understanding of wine but also equipped her with a unique perspective on food and wine pairings, making her an invaluable asset in the industry.

 

With her extensive background in hospitality and her sommelier credentials, Fareida is a perfect fit for Premier Cellars which specializes in providing wine advice for food pairings, training yacht crews and staff, and hosting wine master classes. Her ability to blend her management expertise with her in-depth knowledge of wine and sake makes her a true asset to any wine-related endeavor.
