Community Agreement  

This Community Agreement ("Agreement") is a pact between all members (“Members”) of our wine community, collectively referred to as the "Community."

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, every Member seeks to foster a respectful and supportive environment within the Community;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, all Members agree as follows:

1. RESPECTFUL INTERACTIONS All Members commit to treating each other with respect and consideration. Discussions should be constructive and inclusive.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT Every Member affirms and warrants that they are 21 years of age or older.
3. SHARING KNOWLEDGE Members are encouraged to share their knowledge and experiences related to wine, travel, and other community topics.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY Respect the privacy of fellow Members. Information shared within the Community, including discussions and personal stories, should be treated confidentially.
5. INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY Promote an inclusive atmosphere that welcomes diversity. Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
6. RESPONSIBLE ENJOYMENT Given the nature of our community, Members are reminded to enjoy wine responsibly. Encourage responsible drinking and healthy habits.
7. EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES Participate actively in community events and activities. Respect event guidelines and fellow Members' participation.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION In the event of conflicts, Members are encouraged to resolve issues amicably and respectfully. Disputes not resolved privately may involve moderation assistance.
9. COMMUNITY WELL-BEING Prioritize the well-being of the entire community. Report any concerns to community moderators for appropriate action.
10. AGREEMENT DURATION This Agreement is effective upon joining the community and applies throughout the membership duration.

By participating in our wine community, each Member agrees to abide by this Community Agreement. Let's create a positive and enriching environment for all wine enthusiasts.
